New Student Preparation
Please arrive 20 minutes before class to register. Come to class well hydrated. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes throughout the day stopping one hour before class. Please avoid eating 2-3 hours before class.
17 and Younger:
If you are 17 or younger it is necessary to have a parent or guardian come to the studio with you and sign the consent form.
What to Bring:
Bring a bath sized towel, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water to class. We rent and sell the above items. Bring a change of clothes because you will be sweaty after class.
What to Wear:
Bikram Yoga is done in the heat, so be prepared to sweat! Women should wear comfortable form fitting shorts and a sports bra or tank top. Men should wear shorts or swim trunks. Try not to wear a t-shirt because it often gets in the way of your practice, but please do what you feel most comfortable with.
