Certified Bikram Yoga Instructor
In 2000, I began studying and practicing Bikram Yoga. I tried many forms of exercise and yoga before that, but after my first Bikram class in Los Angeles, I was hooked. No other exercise is as challenging and as rewarding.
I have seen many lives transformed by the power of Bikram Yoga. In the first few weeks of taking Bikram, I was not only losing weight and becoming stronger and more flexible, but my posture improved and, over the years, my overall health and well being changed. Bikram Yoga has made me more focused, aware and at peace. I can not wait to share the benefits of Bikram Yoga with everyone.
I practiced a modified Bikram Yoga throughout my three pregnancies – something I am proud to share and offer at this studio. I am now a mother of a boy and two girls – all future Bikram Yoga members.
I am excited to bring Bikram Yoga to Williamsville and the surrounding area. It is my goal to help make Buffalo healthier and more aware of the connection of body, mind, and breath. In this stressful world it is so important to take care of yourself and reflect. Life is a miracle! Take advantage of it. See you on the mat.
