Practice Bikram Yoga, Improve your Health
The Bikram Yoga Series is a challenging 90 minute practice that
improves physical strength, flexibility and balance while enhancing
mental clarity and focus. It consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing
exercises performed in a heated room. Each posture stretches and
strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. The
postures also stimulate the organs, glands and nerves,
moving freshoxygenated blood to the body and
restoring systems to healthy working order.
