Summer Class Schedule Remains the SAME for September

Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will REMAIN at 4pm and 6pm for the month of September. Check out the full schedule

In mid-September we will be conducting an online survey to see which is the best option:

1. Tuesdays and Thursday 6 & 8 PM (Monday and Wednesday 5 & 7 PM)

2. Tuesdays and Thursday 4 & 6 PM (Monday and Wednesday 5 & 7 PM)

3. Monday - Friday All Week 5:30 & 7:30 PM

Summer Yoga Photo Contest is Missing Your Entry!

Last day to hand in your photos is on Sunday, September 21st!

Either drop off pictures to the front desk or email them to bywilliamsville@yahoo.com.

The photo should be a Bikram posture in the correct form and have a fun and creative background.

Take Part in our Charity Classes in October!

Charity Class is always at 7 pm twice a month; we meet the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month to sweat it out for a good cause.

There is a $5 donation for class, and donation money goes to the charity of the month. Our money supports local charities here in Buffalo!

For the month of October and November we will be supporting the Army Family Readiness Group (FRG). The primary objective of the Family Readiness Group is to empower Soldiers, their Families and extended families, who are experiencing frequent and long deployments, to become more knowledgeable and self-reliant.

Practice Bikram Yoga, Improve your Health

The Bikram Yoga Series is a challenging 90 minute practice that
improves physical strength, flexibility and balance while enhancing
mental clarity and focus. It consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing
   exercises performed in a heated room. Each posture stretches and
            strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. The
                  postures also stimulate the organs, glands and nerves,
                            moving freshoxygenated blood to the body and
                                       restoring systems to healthy working order.
